Through the Site, two Processing are implemented:
- Collection of Users’ email addresses for information purposes
The Airport makes it possible to subscribe, via the Site, to an electronic newsletter whose purpose is to provide, by email, periodic information concerning the activity of the airport and airlines, as well as the flight schedule.

In this context, the Airport uses a Subcontractor called MailJet, whose privacy policy can be consulted via this link .
These Data are processed only by the Airport for the purpose set out above and are not communicated to third parties.
The User can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link on each email sent by the Airport.
Otherwise, the User Data concerned is kept for a period of 36 months from the last active contact of the User concerned (for example, in the event of opening the email or clicking on a link in newsletter).
In the event of unsubscription or absence of active contact at the end of the period mentioned above, the Data collected is deleted by the Airport.
In this context, each User has the right to access and obtain a copy of the Data concerning him, to oppose the processing of his Data, to have them rectified or have them erased.
Each User also has a right to limit the processing of their Data.

- Deposit of cookies on the user’s terminal

After submitting your claim to the Syndicat Mixte by letter and if a response deemed satisfactory has not been received within 60 days, any person who can show that they qualify as a consumer and customer of the services provided directly by SYNDICAT MIXTE DES AÉROPORTS DE LA ROCHELLE – ILE DE RÉ ET ROCHEFORT – CHARENTE-MARITIME has the right, in the event of a dispute concerning contractual obligations, to seek the assistance of the Médiation du Tourisme et Voyage, free of charge, whose contact details and procedures for referral are available on the site http://www.mtv.travel.
